Diksha’s expertise includes drafting and negotiating commercial documents, guiding organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and compliance processes, and providing counsel on employment and labor laws—particularly in the restructuring of profit and not-for-profit entities. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B) from Kathmandu School of Law, Purbanchal University.
