Bhawan Bhatta is a prominent Nepali businessman and former President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA). He is the Founder and Chairman of TBI Holdings, a diversified business conglomerate with operations in Japan and other countries, engaged in sectors such as hospitality, food, aviation, tourism, ICT, and education. Over the years, he has established himself as a visionary entrepreneur, contributing significantly to promoting Nepali entrepreneurship on a global scale.
During his tenure as NRNA President (2017–2019), Bhatta worked to strengthen global unity among Non-Resident Nepalis, emphasizing collaboration, investment, and community development initiatives. His leadership was marked by efforts to connect the global Nepali diaspora with opportunities for national progress.
In Nepal, Bhatta is recognized as an active investor, with his company BB Holding signing a memorandum of understanding for the development of the Tamakoshi-3 Hydropower Project, one of the country’s major infrastructure initiatives.
Born in Tandrang, Gorkha, he moved to Japan for his higher education and went on to build a successful business empire, becoming an influential figure in both the Nepali and international business communities.

Prakash Adhikari is a highly accomplished business leader, media executive, and entrepreneur with extensive experience across media, energy, outsourcing, and corporate management. He is currently the Managing Director of Karobar National Economic Daily, overseeing the organization’s strategy, operations, editorial direction, and business growth to ensure impactful economic journalism and organizational excellence.
He is also the Founder and Chairperson of BIN, Nepal’s integrated BPO enterprise providing end-to-end solutions across Digital Marketing, Web Development, Customer Support, Video Production, HR Management, Legal Services, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and Data Entry. Additionally, he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tamakoshi Hydro (650MW) and has previously led CMS Nepal Pvt Ltd as CEO, managing operations, growth, and strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Prakash held senior leadership positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Finance at Nepal Republic Media Limited, and Internal Audit Manager at Nepal Airlines Corporation, developing expertise in financial planning, corporate governance, risk management, and operational leadership. He currently also serves as an Independent Director at Cosmic Electrical Limited, providing strategic guidance and corporate oversight.

Raj Rimal is a seasoned banking and financial services professional from Nepal with over 25 years of experience spanning corporate banking, project and infrastructure finance, credit management, operations, and strategic leadership. He currently serves as a Consultant and Financial Advisor to multiple organizations, including VRock Investments Pvt. Ltd. and the Silk Group of Companies, providing expertise in fundraising, risk management, investment strategy, financial planning, and corporate advisory.
Mr. Rimal’s distinguished career began in 1998 as a Management Trainee at Everest Bank Ltd., followed by progressive roles in Bank of Kathmandu, Commerz & Trust Bank Nepal Ltd., and Global IME Bank Ltd., where he held senior positions including Head of Corporate Credit, Head of Infrastructure & Project Finance, Branch Manager, and Head of Marketing and General Services. During this period, he managed portfolios spanning corporate, SME, retail, microfinance, and infrastructure financing, overseeing credit assessment, risk management, branch operations, and strategic business growth.
He subsequently took on leadership roles outside traditional banking, serving as CEO of Silk Group, General Manager of Chaudhary Group, and General Manager of Shikhar Insurance Co. Ltd., where he led operations, marketing, project financing, insurance strategy, and provincial business management.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, Mr. Rimal has contributed extensively to teaching and training, delivering courses and workshops on banking, financial management, credit assessment, project finance, risk management, and customer service excellence across Nepal and internationally. He has participated in specialized training programs conducted by Nepal Rastra Bank, Management Association of Nepal, IFC-World Bank, PwC, and other global institutions.
He holds a Master in Business Administration (MSBA) from Saint Louis University, Philippines, and a Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Born in Kathmandu, he is currently based in Bhainsepati, Lalitpur, and continues to play a pivotal role in Nepal’s banking, finance, and business sectors, combining strategic insight, operational excellence, and a commitment to sustainable financial growth.

CA Chhetra Gopal Pradhan is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and the Managing Partner at Pradhan & Shakya Associates, Chartered Accountants, one of Nepal’s leading professional accounting and advisory firms. With extensive experience in taxation, auditing, financial management, and strategic consulting, he has established himself as a respected figure in Nepal’s financial and professional services sector.
He currently serves as a Board Member of the Auditing Standards Board, Nepal, where he contributes to the formulation and enhancement of national auditing and assurance standards. From September 2021 to January 2025, he also served as a Council Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), playing an active role in policy development, professional governance, and advancing the accounting profession in the country.
In addition to his leadership in public accounting, CA Pradhan is the Director of Business Development at Whetstone Associates Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on digital finance and business technology innovation. There, he leads initiatives that promote digital transformation and modern accounting solutions tailored to Nepal’s evolving business ecosystem.

Manoj Basnet is a distinguished Nepali media executive and the General Manager of Annapurna Media Network (AMN) — Nepal’s largest and most influential media conglomerate. His remarkable journey from a grassroots reporter to a leading media strategist embodies resilience, innovation, and visionary leadership within Nepal’s dynamic media landscape. With a career spanning multiple leadership roles across top media organizations, Manoj has played a defining role in shaping modern media practices and audience engagement in the country.
A member of the American Marketing Association, Manoj also contributes globally as the Media Coordinator for PAEPI Global on a volunteer basis and serves as an International Media Advisor for the Youth’s UNESCO Club in the USA, underscoring his commitment to advancing media development, cross-cultural collaboration, and youth empowerment.
Before his current role at AMN, Manoj held key leadership positions, including Head of Circulation, Press, and Regional Offices at Kantipur Media Group (KMG), Head of Sales and Distribution at Annapurna Post, and Circulation Manager and Regional Coordinator at the same publication. His early career began at Kantipur Publications as a reporter, followed by roles in the business bureau and corporate division at Nepal News Network International Pvt. Ltd., where he honed his skills in journalism, marketing, and media management.
A graduate of Tribhuvan University, Manoj hails from Panauti Village and currently resides in Kathmandu, Nepal.
